This portal of the RNR Simulation Tool makes programming recommendations for individual offenders based on inputted information about their risk, criminogenic needs, and other clinically relevant factors. The portal estimates a percent reduction in recidivism that may be expected if the offender is matched to the level of programming recommended based on their unique risk-need profile.

Note: This portal is best used after the completion of an agency-specific risk-needs assessment
